Johnson Battery Company will once again expand in Pike County, this time into the industrial park. The family owned business has roots going all the way back to 1927. It was later sold but in 1986 the family decided to re-incorporate in Pike.  Shortly thereafter, the business re-located to East Point, but returned to Pike in 2004 and built an additional facility on the same site in 2007.
