The Pike County Development Authority discussed proposed gas pipeline routes at the Thursday, Dec. 3 meeting. The $1.2 to $2.2 million proposed pipeline would extend high pressure natural gas service to businesses in the industrial park south of town, specifically Yancey Engineered Systems.
