The Pike County Pirates closed out the 2009 fotball season by getting routed 55-10 by the Callaway Cavaliers Thursday night.
The Pirates finished 3-7, having lost six of their last seven contests.

terrible season. we should have at least been 6-4. in one season we lost to monticello,spencer, and then jordan. for the callaway game, when the coach gives up before the game starts, the the whole team gave up.

Not a good day or season for PCHS. All we can do is regroup and try again next year.
