The first appearance bond hearing for alleged killer Teresa Mangham Burousas has been delayed two weeks due to a scheduling conflict involving her defense attorney.

She's not going to get bond anyway, I think she is a flight risk.

If they plan on using the mental side for her defense she should be placed under an order for continued mental treatment, I'd had hate for her to get out on bond and be mad at somebody else and then decide oh well I can shoot them and get off on insanity. It's not safe for the pubic for her to be on the streets again.

condemn her.... self righteous..... She murdered a very lovely, loving person in cold blood. He was a son, a brother, an uncle, a cousin, a friend, a dedicated worker and uch more. We all loved him dearly. So get off your high horse open your eyes and face the truth. She is nothing but a murderer. No one is evil when they speak the truth. Jesus knows.

Dude, how can you talk about people being self-righteous morons and ask who we are to judge? Don't try to use God to make it alright for you to call others names. We all, including you, judge people; otherwise, there wouldn't be murders, robberies, and such. Most of us would judge someone who was found guilty of murder by not wanting to be around them. If you disagree with my statement, then go to Jackson and sit and talk to all of the people in the prison. We all will be judged by God and that is who really counts. So, your judging of me or others doesn't mean a thing.

You are right God does not like UGLY!!! He does not like murderers who kill there spouses in COLD BLOOD either. Don't tell me about this GREAT woman. I have known Buzz my entire life and I am not a self rightoues moron. I am part of a grieving family. Who had a loving, kind hearted, hard working man that would give anyone the shirt off of his back ripped away from them, for no reason. Now there is not even anything left to get from the house because somebody burnt it down to the ground. UMMMMM, I wonder who may have had that done!!!!

Charles if you were at the hospital then you would have seen that she was not injured or hurt in any way. I was at the funeral and she showed no sadness or nothing. You can't call people self rightous morons for speaking what is the truth. When it is your family that has been effected then you can say what you want but until then keep it quite. I bet if it were your family then you would be singing another song!!!!!

That is a cold hearted statement. His parents are old and just trying to cope. They did not ask for any of this. That is just a COLD HEARTED statement!!!!!!

Really... what was his family thinking? I know that every time one of my loved ones is brutally murdered the first thing that jumps into my mind is, "Dude... let me go hang out at the murder scene because I totally want all his stuff."

He surely must have other family. If not, then it really doesn't matter what happened to the stuff. A month is enough time to get things cleared out.
But the question is moot now, isn't it?

Have you ever thought about the fact that it may have been considered part of the murder scene? I'm sure they would have loved to have his belongs, but getting it was probably tied up due to the investigation. Technically, until she is found guilty, the items would belong to her unless otherwise stated in his will.

She just got arrested a week and a half ago. His family could not just go in the house and clear it out. Plus we are not talking about money value stuff, we are talking about pictures, things that might have meant something to his family. They are probably not like alot of you seem to be. His family has character and would not just swarm in immediately after the funeral to grab stuff. The fact is Buzz put his entire life into providing for her and in one swift move they have wiped his life out and everything that he put all his blood sweat and tears into. He built that house obviously to some people evrything is about money, but I am talking about memories, things that mean something to people, and like I said a month, she just was arrested they have class and would not just go start emptying the house. How were they to know they were on a deadline that it was going to be burnt down if they did not get the stuff out on time. Some people are just WRONG!!!!!

As a grieving family you want the truth.
It would not be a good thing to have her be convicted if she is not the one that done this.
She may have I dont know.
I can tell you that you should not accept the sherrifs office contention that evrything is in stone.
They have one objective;To convict someone.
One thing is fact she didnt burn her house down.
That being said there might be more to it than meets the eye.
I Know Ricky morris her attorney and if sh's not guilty he will get her off.I would press to keep investigating.We only know what the PCSO lets us know and trust me its not always the truth
