A hearing concerning a Motion for Extension of Custody and Judicial Review was held on March 20, 2012, and a Provisional Order Extending Custody to the Department, Judicially Reviewing Case, & Permanency Review was filed with the Court on April 30, 2012. A hearing concerning a Motion to Return Custody to the Mother, permanency/judicial review pursuant to O.C.G.A. §15-11-58 was held on September 18, 2012, and a Provisional Judicial/Permanency Review Order Returning Custody of the Children to the Biological Mother Under a Protective Order was filed with the Court on October 5, 2012. Said hearings were brought by the Georgia Department of Human Services acting through the Pike County Department of Family and Children Services based upon the alleged deprivation of the above named Children in the Juvenile Court of Pike County, Georgia. Free copies of said pleadings can be obtained from the Clerk of the Juvenile Court of Pike County, Georgia, whose office is located at Courthouse Square, 16001 Barnesville Street, Zebulon, Georgia 30295.

MEJA Construction, Inc. (Construction Manager) is soliciting bids from qualified subcontractors and vendors for the New Agricultural Education Building at Pike County High School. This solicitation covers Bid Package #1 (BP1) which will be the first and only bid package for this project.
Bid Package #1 (BP1) includes site preparation including grading, utilities, paving and erosion control for a new 3,700 sf Agricultural Education Building. Building is comprised of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building with Insulated Metal Panels, interior cmu walls, hvac systems, plumbing, sprinkler, and electrical systems and interior finishes. Non-mandatory pre-bid conference: There will be an opportunity for subcontractors and vendors to review site conditions prior to bid date. A pre-bid conference will be held Thursday October 17, 2013 at 10 AM on site.
Bids must be received no later than 2:00 PM, Thursday October 24, 2013. No bids or proposals will be accepted after the aforementioned time and date. Bids/Proposals should be clearly marked with the project name on the front of the package. Proposals/Bids should be addressed to:
