Are you serious, this man walks in and shoots my uncle and walks free? I can't believe it. This justice system in Pike sucks. People look out there is a killer on the streets.
There is No Justice in this!!!His eyes worked good enough to put the Gun to Marks Chest. How it is even Possible that the Jury would find him NOT GUILTY???? How can they go home knowing a Murder is walking Free and Sleep Good at Night? Rest in Peace Mark and Know that the System Failed you AGAIN but He Will not Run from Gods Judgment!!!
To Marks Parents and Brothers I loved Mark as an Uncle and May his Glory Shine daily. Mark was the sweetest , most Kind man that I have ever met and the thought of this happening is Heart Breaking. To the members of the Jury: SHAME ON YOU!!!!
So where's this guy going to live? I bet his lease expired during the 4 years he was in jail.
I wish I knew the details of the case and what the jury heard that made them release him.
Hi Cats...been missing you! They heard that, upon further incarceration their taxes will pay for his New Vision Package to include, not one but two, sexy new contacts, New Audio implants to include a download of "I'm too sexy for my orange jumpsuit"...the jury was fine with this. Then, they were told that "he wanted taxpayers to pay for cosmetic surgery to make him as handsome as Abe Lincoln." THAT is the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back!
Italy also has a problem with justice:

Seven Italian scientists have been convicted of manslaughter for failing to predict a massive earthquake that struck L’Aquila in 2009, killing more than 300 people.
The court sentenced the defendants, who are all members of the country’s Grand Commission on High Risks, to six years in prison, The Guardian reported. The report noted that convictions in Italy are not set until they go through at least one level of appeals, so the convicted Italian scientists will not face jail time immediately.
Worldwide, the decision to sentence the Italian scientists for manslaughter is being met with outrage. Scientists have called the trial ridiculous, noting that there is no reliable way to predict earthquakes. The convicted group include some of Italy’s most prominent and respected seismologists and geological experts including Enzo Boschi, former head of the country’s Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology.

I guess we have finally reached the point at which, living descendants will sue the scientist and the scientists' only recourse will be to sue God.
