Judge rules against county

A summary judgement was rendered Aug. 13 by a senior judge outside the Griffin Superior Court Circuit regarding a lawsuit filed against Pike County by magistrate judge Marcia Callaway-Ingram. Judge Stephen Boswell ruled against the county by granting an order submitted on behalf of Callaway-Ingram. The county, after a closed session at a Monday, Aug. 20 meeting, voted to seek outside approval to appeal the decision.

What now Rob, Don, Doug and Tommy? If you want to kick a tiger in her rear you'd better have a plan for dealing with her teeth.

Rob, what is the code requirements for crawl space under a mfg hm? Can Middle Schools be powered up and issued a certificate of occupancy without a single inspection by the Pike Building Inspector?

Don't get too cocky now, George. O.J. Simpson won. Where is he now.....oh yeah, penniless in jail. Mr. Goldman even has his Rolex.

Now come on Sheila do the math. Do you know how much it costs to get my Gold Rolex cleaned and a new lense face? You guessed it, $537.50.
We still on for the party tonight? Got us a special table close to the Judge.

Me cocky? You know better. So Goldman got a Rolex and his boy got to meet OJ. Not a good deal. Little Goldman should not have been with OJ's trophey wife. Everyone lost including the poor Rolex.

How bout the election returns?
Just wait until the Florida votes come in.

Tell her to pay the tab with the $28,000 we just gave her! If she was smart, she would beg Loretta to accept a full time associate job just to keep from facing her in the next election. Remember Marcia won 100% of the precincts in the first election, Loretta took over half them from her in this election. Don't toast those glasses too high.
