Board battles over changes
It has taken two votes once again to make a change in the construction plans for the courthouse. Initially, commissioners voted 3-2 at their July 16 meeting to deny a request for a $2,300 change order after recommendations from the courthouse project architect, Superior Court judges and the district attorney who suggested keeping the county’s law library out of the grand jury room.
Evidently we have bigger problems than a place for Law Books to reside.
