Prepare for July 31 primary

As campaigns for local offices reach full steam in June and July this year, citizens can prepare to cast their votes one of three ways – in early voting which starts July 10, by absentee ballot which can be ordered now, or on Election Day which is set for July 31 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. This year, early voting has been reduced from a 45 day period to 16 business days and Saturday, July 21.

Long letter in PJR from Mayor of Concord Jim Roberts. Who did Mayor Roberts run against for the Mayors position? Not Sonny Storey I'm sure. What were the vote tallies? Was it a close race? Mayor Roberts is also the City Manager of Molena, also the Police Chief of Molena and project manager for the new Molena Fire Station.

Mr. Pollcooner you sure brag about yourself while browning your nose in the sheriffs race. I object to your "keeping my site clean." You take pride in posts such as calling "Mr. A$$"
You forget those who bought you groceries, carried you to meetings,cut your grass, hauled you to Birmingham and fed your dogs.

Here is a good one, "I am the sole editor of this site and make all the decisions." Editor of a $20 blog? WOW! Then thank yourself for keeping your site clean.

Editor? "I read the Caldwell add. Discusting."
Editor you should run your print/mouth by your assistant for corrections. ADD or ad? Discusting or disgusting?

Right now I'm sure Mr. Caldwell is LHAO?

George...many may not take me serious because I do "cut up" a lot....but I am truly serious when I say that you should run for a commissioner slot. At least start there, move up when you get ready. People all around, not just Pike, are sick of games being played in their elected offices when they pay the tab. COLLUSION.....check out that word.........have you ever heard or read of a serious car wreck when the driver was not announced or posted? Ever? Me either. Can you imagine obama in office for unlimited terms? I shudder to think of it!

No Mr. Pollcooner do not ask your assistant to proof your work. There is a conflict. What is a "dame" day. Frontline might help. Just SPLOST IT on.

George....I truly think you should throw your hat into the ring in the next election for county commissioner. Start there......your honesty will move you along into higher levels of government as the voters realize that you are an elected official who actually stands up for The Common Man/Woman. I truly hope to meet you in person one day.

As that old financially independent Ross Perot, who was not even going to take a salary if elected president said:

"THAT SUCKING SOUND YOU HEAR, ARE YOUR JOBS BEING SUCKED INTO MEXICO."

But...by all means........don't vote for a rich man who earned his money. Vote for the Communist who is going to continue taking yours.

Pike County got rid of the main clown on the BOC last election. Please no more clowns on the BOE chasing around the table for the gavel.
April Byrd is smart, well educated and should remain on the BOE.

Phoney votes for Wayne Woods number 20 and 5 today. Even as I have said before they were tracked with IP Numbers and listed for your view.

There was even a dog that voted. Right there in black and yellow.

You know you just can't make this stuff up.

Get you 26 extra biscuits with sweet amish butter for that one.

Citizens of Pike County please take notice. We are paying big time for electing Dummy, Dopey and Dizzy to serve us as Commissioners. Take time and study before voting for Magistrate Judge. Ask yourself who has the college degree, who has a law degree? Now combine education with those two degrees. Salary will be the same to vote for intelligence and service over wanna b's.
Time to quit voting STUPIDS into office.

After obama's UN-American announcement last night about illegal immigrants...I hope Johnnie Caldwell slides into Georgia House District 131 like greased lightening. I hope he goes in and raises Caldwell Hell with immigration and gun control issues. obama is a dirt wad.

Can't believe it Mr. Pollcoon Editor, you have stooped to a all time low.

Morning of June 16th you ask your poster;
"Did you ride the short bus to school??"
That is a mouthful for those children that do, the parents that support them and those special teachers that do the guidance and teachings. They are all special people including the "Short bus" drivers. You are no better than Obama stating even Special Olympic Children could beat him.

Sheila, Mr. Caldwell's Dad hired me right after I got my degree in Fire Science. Fire Safety Insurance Commissioner, Johnnie Caldwell was a asset to The State of Georgia. Always up front, honest and with great knowledge of NFPA Life and Fire Safety. Commisioner Caldwell visited inspection sites with me. During his tenure Marta, Hartsfield International,Georgia World Congress Center and Georgia Dome were completed. He often spoke of his son with pride. Mistakes are sometimes made but not for life. Johnnie Caldwell would serve our area best for Georgia House District 131. Like his Dad he has the experience, qualifications and love for the people he serves and most of all Georgia.
