Darcy Elleby Pino will be the speaker when the new - and first - chapter of the Georgia Nature Photographers’ Association (GNPA) meets at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, at the J. Joel Edwards Public Library in Zebulon. The library is at 7077 S. Highway 19, about a mile south of the courthouse.
