On February 13, 2012 at the regular monthly meeting of the Pike County Parks & Recreation Authority (PCPRA), the Board, prompted by County Manager Bill Sawyer’s comment that he felt the PCPRA did not run enough programs based on the funds given to the park, made the following statement:
“Since there is a good possibility that the County will continue its efforts to put the PCPRA under their control, it makes sense for the PCPRA to go ahead and absorb the baseball, soccer & cheerleading associations in preparation for this move.”
Is there a lobotomist on the loose at night? Why do people think "We" need them to think for us? The world has gone as crazy as out house rats.
Hi George...did you find my answer to The County Manager's contract. Seems like he may owe Pike about $83,ooo back for that breach of contract?
