Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Westbrook of Meansville, presently stationed at Camp Lejuene, N.C., announce the birth of their son Matthew Carlton Westbrook Jr. He was born March 5, 2012 at Onslow Medical Center in Jacksonville, N.C.
