Brothers Ethan and Evan Lane had a big reason to leap for joy on Leap Day. The two twin boys were adopted by Melissa and Charles Lane four years ago on Leap Day. This year, the family celebrated with an enormous Leap Day celebration in their honor, inviting the twins’ friends from pre-school.
