I think he will be judged as the president with the lowest approval rating in history. Bill Clinton should have the number one spot here but......his outlandish antics actually became entertainment to his sick supporters. "Send the kids and let's watch the news, Bill and Monica are on."

The (small case) bush legacy, will be viewed as a dismal failure that drove the country to a financial mess, along with two war fronts, where lies were told to secure our involvement.
Treaties were broken to torture captured citizens protecting their homes and families.
The real question should be, are these folks still allowed to freely roam the country that they have so badly represented.
