In early November, Mountain Stewards president Don Wells was one of the featured speakers at the Cowboy Tales and Indian Trails Festival in Concord. He spoke about the Indian Trees and Trails that are being found across the country and locally in Pike and Lamar counties.
This Indian marker tree located in Pike County was discovered and photographed from a canoe in the Flint River.
