Terry Nathan Skinner, 63, of Milner died Friday, Dec. 30, 2011 at Sacred Journey Hospice in McDonough.Visitation was held Monday, Jan. 2, 2012 from 1:30 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Services were conducted at 3 p.m.

Mr. Terry Nathan Skinner, age 63, of Milner, Georgia, passed away on Friday, December 30, 2011 at Sacred Journey Hospice in McDonough, GA. Mr. Skinner was born in Griffin, GA on May 18, 1948 to Mary Lou Bottoms Skinner and the late Hugh Skinner. Mr. Skinner was the former director of the Arson Division for the State of Georgia, Insurance Commissioner’s Office.
