Why do we the citizens who put the people in the positions of legal authority – the very ones who decide which cases should be brought before the grand jury – accept it when cases that should be presented are not, for whatever reasons? The one that hurts the most – and presents the worst picture of our legal system – is the Donna Marie Ogletree Johnson murder case.
We know Donna Johnson was killed in a manner that was both violent and diabolical. We know there was enough evidence to make an arrest. We also know there was – and is – sufficient evidence to present the case to the grand jury.

One thing is for sure they all know each other and they have to live here among-st each other.
I'm not referring to the deputy's. They seem to be doing the best they can with what they have to work with.
If I need drugs the hospital has morphine & demerol. They can give me what I need for pain.
Dr. Phil is good, but what we need here is a good dose of Judge Judy. She would shake all these crooked official's to their knee's. That would be a good place for them to start. They could beg the Lord to forgive them for their low down dirty deeds. It's not like they can hide from him.
