Accused killer Adrian Thompson was in court Oct. 28 for a status hearing before Judge Tommy Hankinson. Defense attorney Allen Adams said he and his defendant would be meeting in a few days with a doctor to determine what type of hearing system would best help Thompson hear during his trial.

This man has always had a hearing problem. He had a hearing problem when he shot and killed a man. Why is it taking so long to talk to a doctor to get a system in place so this man can hear the jury say "GUILTY"?

Can he read? Write it down let him read it. Has a death person never been tried in court? I am sure there has been. Just another way to drag court cases out. Sad that the victims loved ones have to go threw this and his loved ones as well.

I will tell you....by choice. That is why.

You are simply hoping the man will die before he gets to trial. Quit playing games. Go to court.

Give the man a break. Geezzze he is a human being and deserves to be treated as such. He needs to hear the court proceedings, get him a much deserved hearing aid. Man has no right to issue a death sentence.

actually, God gave the right to man to take the life of a murderer:

Genesis 9:6 - "Whoso sheddeth a man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man."

actually it's correctly translated as "Thou shall not murder".

there are dozens of passages in the bible in support of the death penalty.

One thing for sure is the system cannot afford razors for the poor inmates. Maybe if they cut the hair out of his ears he could hear.

Did he need his hearing when he allegedly killed someone? That is what gets me these people always come up with some excuse to get away with a crime

I say give the man a break and let his trial proceed.
I heard the man was defending a woman from getting abused.Granted not justified killing but Ive seen Police kill for allot less.
Death penalty ??? No Way...If the above is true
