Congrats to our Pike County Pirates for giving it their all to the Gwinett Co. All star Team.
Pike County Pirates - Rural School State Champions. Woo Hoo.......
Then it started you all regrouped and went on a mission. You finished the season winning 25 out of your last 28 games and take those last two out and you won 25 out of 26 games which is INCREDIBLE in Fast Pitch Softball.
I saw how the polls still during this would not give you credit for how great of a team you really were. I was like come on pollsters give the Lady Pirates some Love.
So come the playoffs you were not mentioned on the messages boards by anyone to make the final four and you all showed them! I dont think there is no way in the world Buford could beat you again if you had to play them again. In my eyes you are the Best Team in the State of Georgia and the Citizens of Pike County are so proud of you all!!
Congratulations on a Great Season!! You represented Pike County bigtime!!
Thanks again for all you did this season!! Look forward to you all taking it all home next season!
