I hope the BOC and CM sees your worthiness and does not use your department for budget cuts. Keep up the extraordinary work and be safe.
How many deputies do we have in Pike? When is the last time all 41 cars were seen? Who drives them? Do they have the sheriff's office insignia on them? How much are the tags, taxes and upkeep costing tax payers? Why are new cars approved for purchase without old ones being traded or auctioned?
As far as "Your analogy is not even in comparison." It is like this Law-Dog, once it is in the Blog Stew, it is open for comments, rebuttal or confirmation.
Car 41, where are you?
But now with the increased call volume, if you did not have the cars/deputies available to respond to them, you and most everyone else would be on here crying because law enforcement took too long to respond to your call for help.
I may be a dumb b#(ch....I have been called that so much, I answer to it.
I want to do inventory. Where are my 41 cars parked?
Come on now. You are obviously so intelligent. Enlighten me with your wisdom......

My father retired from the Denver Police Dept. and one thing he always stressed was courtesy.
Cry me a river, build a bridge and get over it.
Signed:
Taxpayer, the funding for your check.
Ha,Ha....cats took law DAWG down.
The deputies deserve a PAY INCREASE.
They are the ones taking all the risks.
Viva La Deputies!
But you would obviously require a K-9 unit.
woof,woof.
once elected, i will be sure to let the new sheriff know to replace the entire office with new officers.
