What building on the square was torn down when they filmed the movie "Tank" in the 80's?

It was a building that was built exclusively for the movie to be torn down during the actual filming. It was built to replicate the Zebulon jail during the escape scene with the tank.

Wow, our very own small town monopoly...United now owns the, "entire eastern block of the courthouse square." Today the square, tomorrow the world! (Insert evil laugh)

I get scared when people knock down buildings. Won't somebody please think of the children?

I personally checked that no children were in the building before we ran over it with a bulldozer.
