On a warm Thursday afternoon, brush fires spread near Molena as the wind blew the flames close to several homes. According to fire chief Randy Snyder, a 29-acre brush fire on Union School Road threatened three residences.
What is this? firebug not complaining? Unreal! You must have had a one on one with Danny. Did you see the light through the smoke screen? Don't pretend. We still want to hear about those 'qualifications' you have and how good you are at putting out fires. Don't be starting any fires now.
Firefighter, I don't read the comments on most of these stories or read the poll cat because of things like this. I wanted to inform you that my name is Cody King and I live on Smyrna Church rd. All I have to say is please don't hide behind a title on here and accuse people of things. I am not scared to put my name on here so I have nothing to hide. If I have something to say about brushfires or Danny Henderson I will say it to him. If you want to bring me up or have any questions you apparently know where I live so feel free to stop bye and talk face to face. I probably wont get back on here and read your response so if you have a clever come back just rember I gave you an invation to stop bye.
My name is Cody King, and I am the person that lives on Smyrna Church Rd. @ the Pike Upson line, that firefighter is making reference to. I don't know who firefighter or fidebug is so I guess this message is to you "firefighter". You don't know as much as you thank you do. Don't get on this public forum and hide behind a mask. I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT DANNY HENDERSON OR ANY OTHER PIKE COUNTY VOLUNTEER. I think they do a valuable service. To sum things up I want to tell you that apparently you know where I live so stop bye anytime and found out who I am so you wont get on this forum and sound ignorant.
Come on folks, there is no need to accuse innocent people and point fingers blindly just for exploratory purposes. When I blog I have a purpose and I defiantly don't make false accusations.
Regardless of who is inquiring; be it ex-Danny Chief, ff, or the polecaters, my anonymity is of the highest-quality it is impossible to crack the code. I am often emulated by less educated citizens, FF’s etc. here on the PJR and I just ask that you direct your comments towards me and not innocent people.

A professional not a volunteer

Why is there so much tension among the volunteers here? You would have thought things would have gotten better since Henderson was fired or are there lingering supporters that can't let the ex go? I know a few of you all here and I must say you do a good job but I am suprised that so many volunteers act like children. FYI, Henderson is long gone or is it Henderson that is keeping the pot stirred up?
You all be safe.

Good try Firebug! We know that is you stirring the pot. Professional? Never! Joker? Yes! hahahah

All of you rode a true professional right out of town. Fire Chief Danny Henderson had just started building a supreme fire force in Pike. We got him here, dumb peoples ran him off. Hiring Henderson was probably the only smart move Marro and Swift accomplished.
Can you two say inbred......Henderson was the worst thing for Pike Fire. I told you many moons ago he lack knowledge, experience, and education for that position. He quit his job because he refused to runs a medical call, then lied to the CM & BOC about the circumstances. His old boss sent down a letter explaining his demise and the polecat-5 still believed his sorry story.
A true leader is truthful regardless & Henderson thought he was the Messiah of Pike. Now, after the fall from grace there still are less educated followers that still "Have A Dream."
Far be it that I quash a dream so "dream on"!!!
