Concord council members heard concerns from three local residents about the rental policies and high fees for use of the Strickland Store at the Feb. 8 meeting.
The R.F. Strickland Company building in downtown Concord will be the subject of discussion at a special called meeting Feb. 15.

I remember when I was a but a wee lad and my pa would take me down to Stricklands and my sister and I would go upstairs and look at that body in the coffin that was up there. Made quite an impression on us. Is that coffin and body still there?
