Billy and Jessica Rowell of Concord announce the birth of their daughter Avery Claire Rowell at 11:24 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2010 at Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville.
She weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 21 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Tammi Rosser of Zebulon and Butch Rosser of Hiram.
Paternal grandparents are Paul and Becky Poole of Sharpsburg.
