Most law enforcements agencies would put the house under surveillance to make sure the subjects are in the dwelling before making entry. It seems like members of a well funded drug cartel always get tipped off about a warrant about to be served. They always seem to know when it is time to move on. I have also known street a level drug dealer that was tipped off about warrants being served. The one day he did not have any drugs in his house or on his property is the day they served the warrant. Maybe he was just lucky!

I used to work with a supervisor of the GPD. He would explain how the confiscated dope would make it back on the street for sale to the public. What in this world isnt a racket?

I would but like America I see the importance of keeping its citizens brainwashed. It works better when it comes to issues like drugs, terrorism, the government, and how we stole this land from the native american indians. If you are going to sit around on thanksgiving and explain to your children and grandchildren that we are celebrating the day the pilgrims killed, raped, robbed, and then stole this land from the natives, get back to me and I will explain the rest to "us". But if you are going to sit around sucking on turkey bones celebrating the fact that this country was founded on murder, rape, and robbery, you might as well stay out the loop. The thing that really tickles me is the country was founded on those principles. Then when the pilgrims succeeded defeating the natives with those tactics they made a law against time.

I would love to but I can not betray my fellow mans trust. The problem with telling people stuff that people tell you in confidence is that people quit telling you stuff. And I am all about learning how the real world works. Its the same story all across America. It is nothing new or shocking to those in the "War against drugs" business. Just like the fact that the good ol' USA has had its own military loading dope on airplanes overseas headed for America. Every day I fire one up is Veterans day for me! Loaded and transported with American tax dollars. I am starting to understand why people think its such a great country. Its a shame they dont put down the crack pipe and get out more.

Dont you think it is odd that America knows how much cocaine, weed, meth, and heroin is consumed by its citizens. They must have some talented people counting their inventory. I guess with tax payers money nothing but the best will do!

Yeah, the whole place is a travesty. They should just legalize it all and tax the crap out of it. I guess they make too much money doing it the "back door" way. I agree that the country is completely blind. The best thing you can do for yourself, is get a government job so you'll be "in" too.

Police corruption has become easier to detect in modern time by all the new high tech surveillance methods. It has been discovered that law enforcement has not only bugged and wire tapped people for prosecution but have done so to make sure there own criminal enterprise was not being compromised. The problem for corrupt law enforcement is this type of activity raises a red flag with the FBI. To simplify it means the people who are watching are in most times being watched themselves. We have advanced so far in technology that everyone is under a microscope. Nothing goes undetected. So what you see today going on in this country is what America has accepted as a functioning society. High ranking military and CIA know that Bin Laden could be caught if that was the true mission. We just have too much technology and intelligence to not be able to apprehend any target. The only thing preventing that capture is politics. The FBI knows where the illegal narcotics come from. They know the whole distribution route for the country. They know the money trail. They go as far as stating how much of each drug is being consumed by American's. The war on drugs is a farce without a doubt. The thing that bothers me the most is watching honest law enforcement officers being shot and killed thinking they are making a difference. Children losing parents, parents losing children, and so on. They are all pawns in America's big game. But from the drug war to the war on terrorism this country can make all the fallen men and woman look like hero's. It makes it easier for people to accept than the true fact that they have died in vain.
