To a backdrop of flowering peach and redbud trees and purple henbit in the grass, bicycle riders took to Pike County roads Saturday for the 12th annual Tour de Pike, sponsored by the Kiwanis Club.

What a great ride through some of the most beautiful countryside around. Those Concourse boys from Dunwoody were something to behold, all good looking, very friendly and strong riders. I'll be back next year. Thanks

This was a great ride and very well organized. Team Concourse from Sandy Springs sponsored by David Shope had a great showing. One anonymous female rider from Reality Bikes was quoted as saying, "Team Concourse is a very strong team that pulled a lot of riders around the century at various times throughout the day. I'm glad they came along helped us finsh. If they hadn't I'm sure Reality Bikes would have had to abandoned the ride."
