One of the greatest games in Pike County football history took place last Friday night under the lights in Zebulon. The Greene County Tigers made a 100 mile trip to be dejected by their 31-30 loss to the Pirates in overtime.

Agreed! Great game, always better when you win. Offense was on the bench most of the fourth qtr, Ferrell showed senior composer on 4th down to hit Holmes in the corner for the TD. Everyone knew Chau was good for the PAT. Defense played good against a clearly bigger and more athletic Greene offense. O-Line did great, Pike only Punted once.
