The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt and Note has been and is hereby declared due and payable in full because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of monthly installments on said loan, pursuant to the terms of said Deed to Secure Debt and Note. The Note contained a provision for payment of collection costs. Time was made the essence of the contract, and the note contained a provision for the payment of 15 percent of the principal and interest as attorney’s fees, if collected by law or through an attorney at law. Notice has been given of intention to enforce provisions for collection of collection costs, attorney’s fees and foreclosure in accordance with legal requirements and the terms of the Deed to Secure Debt and Note.
