It’s back to polls today for state runoff

With no local races on the ballot, turnout is expected to be abysmally low here in today’s general primary runoff voting.

Polling places throughout the county will be open from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

My grand daddy always said vote early and vote often. He was a Democrat just like the rest of us. Vote Democrat and support our President Obama. In November don't forget we must send Roy Barnes back to the Governors Office. Roy has the experience.

I predicted it first on my site. I also predicted Parrish Swift would lose. I will make a prediction on Roosevelt Willis in November. I will predict now that Don Collins will become fed up and resign, Chris Curry will be appointed to fill his term. Tommy Powers will resign due to health issues as will Doug Mangham. We will have a 100% change on the BOC. I will be re-appointed to the Planning Board as Chairman.
