Budget may be affected by revenue woes

It seems like you need to "realign your personnel." Get along with less management. Are we short of convicts??? I remember when they cut the grass. Do you really need more help in the commissioners' office? I know some ridiculous decisions have been made, BUT I think you have enough tax paid employees. You people just need to work harder, take a pay cut, Smile...Be Happy.
During your 30 minute lunch (you do not take an hour I know, you would not do that to the tax payers) take that walk around the courthouse. Ask those dead people if you should scratch the Fourth celebration.
