The Augusta Chronicle

New Black Panther Party members have been caught trying to intimidate whites at polling places and even calling for the extermination of whites.

Mr. Obama this week said al-Qaida is essentially racist against Africa (agreed, but what about its racism against the rest of us, Mr. President?)

the NAACP, Black Panthers, Jessie Jackson, et al have made themselves rich at the expense of their own race. none of the so-called advocates of the african-american race are working for the people, only for themselves.

just a curiosity, if this had been about the KKK keeping blacks away from the polls and we had a white president instead of obummer, would you be calling the reporter a joke and a bunch of losers or would you be screaming at the top of your lungs how racist america is and how you never get a break because you are black?

I will put on my Michelin Man rubber suit for protection before I proceed on this blog. OK, I am back. I think I am gaining weight, my suit is tighter. People are the top of the food chain. Do we agree so far? African-Americans, Caucasians, Native Americans, etc. There should not be a pecking order, but face the facts... there was an order of privileged versus non-privileged. BUT guess what, I never owned a slave, have you? I have never been a slave, have you? No you haven't. If I were a black person in America today...I would be so grateful that many, many years ago some greedy, SOB (maybe white, maybe black) chased my ancestors through the African jungles and brought them to America. Slavery was abolished in 1865, 145 years ago. If we assume 20 years as a generation range. That means 7 generations have passed since slavery was officially abolished in America. So, if I were a black American, I would go to my Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Grandparents grave and tell them thank you for suffering the trials of slavery to have allowed me to be American born. Instead of bitching about being here and being "picked on" be happy you are not in Africa hoping that you will be lucky enough that American Idol will bring you a mosquito net. They did deliver millions in their Idol Gives Back epidodes, you know. God bless American Bandstand and Soul Train...now hush your bitchin'.

I have a dilemma. I cannot decide whether to vote for fat bass tard or GOT NO COLOR. I know. I will vote for one in my name and one in my sisters' name. I am voting six times against incumbents in the commissioners race, so its no big deal.

Its no surprise to me that these ignorant things are being said...Sheila, first of all, we should be happy that someone brought us over here,you clearly have no knowledge and clearly as ignorant as bread. Being a black female, Africans were kings and queens in Africa before the slave trade...All mentions in the bible revolve around the NILE RIVER, Ethiopia and Egypt.Who would want to leave that?! hahah! I just laugh at these comments because I know these ideologies are so crazy even a staunch member of the tea party would laugh. Being the great great granddaughter of an owner of plenty of land in Pike County, relatives were killed in Pike County and land taken away in guess where, PIKE COUNTY, it doesnt suprise me at all that PIKE CO. is still 400 years behind. As an educated woman from one of the most prestigious institutions in America,in Washington DC, I would say that you dont understand America at all. Need I say anymore?!!

slavery ended 150 years ago. neither you, nor anyone you know has ever been a slave. it is time for the entire black community to lose this victim mentality and live for today and in today's world.

As one with family who has served in the civil war I find it hard that no one has family that was involved in slavery. This comment is more dribble from the mind of FBT.

FBT is right. Time to move on in our new world with our new black president. And if FBT can support our new black president as much as he supports the 10 Commandments I cant see all you other bigots having a problem doing it either. If anyone needs to really get an idea of what victim mentality is just read a few of Fat Bass Tard's whining bolgs. They are non- stop whining from a man who feels victimized by America. But that is true of the white man. Everything in life is supposed to be fair for them. And the black man? Just get over it.

Face it, just like the clan chiefs of old Africa in the 1700 and 1800, the NAACP, ACLU, Jessie Jackson and the rest have sold you once more into slavery. You are a slave to your own bad choices, a slave to the handouts and a slave to the victim mentality that these people have convinced you of in order to make themselves wealthy.

Martin Luther King's dream has become a nightmare for the people who've believed the lies that these groups have spewed.

No one can help you but yourself. You have to give up on playing the victim and pull yourself out of poverty. When this recession is truly at an end there will be opportunity. I suggest you prepare for them now and come out of this recession with an attitude of success.

lol sooo true. Slavery may have ended 145 years ago (no thanks to southerners) but racism has not. Ever heard of Jim Crow?
Pure and simple, if you are a descendent of slave owners, you do not get to decide how long it takes for the wounds of slavery to heal. There are residual effects that are still felt today.. and if you are not black, you dont get to gripe because you have never walked in those shoes. Blame your ancestors for perpetuating slavery. The fact is..the same ignorance that caused people to fight for their right to own slaves is the same ignorance that is shown on this blog when attempting to downplay the struggle for equal rights since slavery was abolished.

my ancestors were indentured servants. there are two differences between a slave and an indentured servant.

the slave cost money, the indentured servant was free and indenture was voluntary.

now, who do you think got put into situations that would get you killed, the expensive slave or the free servant?

we can all look back at our ancestors (mine were irish so you know how much they were hated) and find things to whine about; or, we can choose to live for today and make ourselves into better people. the choice is yours. but understand this. one day the handouts will have to stop and if you are still on them on that day, God help you.

Jesus is returning soon. Quit worrying about money and enjoy your short life friend. America has plenty of money. Which hand outs are you talking about? Companys paying CEO's ridiculous amounts of money while using federal money to keep afloat? Crooked politicians and commisioners funneling tax payers money? The billions spent on war and foreign aide? There is probably a thousand ways to get a government hand out. If you are getting medicade and foodstamps you are getting the worst one. You need to get hand outs like big money payoffs from real estate investments like sonny purdue did. Yeah forget them stamps. Become a mayor or something similar. While FBT is worried about the little guy going out the front door with his "check" the big guys are robbing the government blind.
