English-Cornwell affair confirmed

Griffin circuit district attorney Scott Ballard and chief public defender Joseph Saia confirmed Friday an inappropriate relationship involving former judge Paschal L. English Jr. and public defender Kimberly Cornwell.

What a tangled web we weave...........here are the two sentences that I believe:

1. On Oct. 13, 2008, a Fayette deputy caught the pair in a sex act in a vehicle in a cul-de-sac in an unfinished subdivision.

2. Investigator Jeff Turner of the DA's office said he attempted to interview both English and Cornwell but both refused.

Do What? Am I reading this wrong? If not, Moody should write a book.

"It didn't show anything. We see this kind of thing all the time," Moody said.

Maybe he did not mean it is always Judges. You would think they could afford a room.

Just so I am straight here, was Cornwell laid off due to adultry? Is so, there may be a whole bunch of jobs coming available.

Looking at the photo I was wondering who the woman in the pink shirt and tie could be? What has she got to do with this? She needs to seek the services of beautician Killingsworth and do something with the hair, maybe a frost or some ribbons. If you are public government you should always look professional.

Adultry is in the 10 commandments and it is a sin. Does not matter if it is done amoung BOE employees or judges it is a sin! It causes divorces, another sin. I think the digital server video should be on the internet like the DeBary interview was.

I always suspected English was freaky pervertish almost even when he was on the Survivor TV Show as he pee'd on the girl's foot that got stung by a jellyfish and when winning the challenge to go on boat and have a nice dinner he chose the youngest, cutest, shapliest girl on their team to share this dinner date with him.

No Shelia. Cornwell was placed on LWOP because she compromised cases and the counties may have to bear the cost to retry the cases.

Other than Kimberly possibly losing her job with the Public Defender ( and working somewhere else ), once all of the appeals are filed and heard ( 1/2 of the cases dismissed ). This is about all you will ever hear about this. The judge sits back and draws a healthy retirement. His family may or may not be with him. I actually would think that most of the defendants got off pretty easy if she was the attorney of record. I don't think that any real hard jail time would be passed down to a client of your lover.

Your comment conflicts with this sentence in the above article:

Both Ballard and Saia agreed no cases were compromised by the relationship between English and Cornwell as far as they could determine.

We will be forced to go on a persons bond pretty soon to get someone honest enough to run for office.

Lord Have Mercy PPH, is there anything you don't reference towards the bible? You talk about sin and lies your buddy Danny Chief lied about his qualifications for the chief's job. He lied about his demise at his full time job. BOC chair Mangham lied about his knowledge of his daughters involvement in the murder of her husband. Why don't you preach to them at the court house in PC and try and get them removed from office?

I guess it is whom you like right? Lies and sins regardless of how little are still lies. Therefore that person shall never be trusted to tell the truth 100%. Just because you go to church and claim the christian life doesn't mean you are a "Holy Roller"!!!!!!!!!

A sells video to (B)or(C) or (B+C).
A has money and copy of video.
D has news conference.
(B) or (C) or (B+C) has passport.
A puts copy of video in in SD box.
A dies mysteriously.

They don't seem overly concerned about who tampered with and destroyed evidence. This is a cover-up from top to bottom and everyone who can do something about it is turning a blind eye to it. There is no integrity left.

You are correct Sheila, I put my statement in past tense and it should have been in present.

The DA say none was compromised as far as he knew; but appeals will the forthcoming.

I just wonder why it took 1 1/2 years to bring this affair or whatever you would call it to the attention of the public??

Please read the story carefully.....the video isn't "missing" or "disappeared." The story clearly states, "Major Brian Woodie of the Fayette sheriff's office said the digital video went on a server and then dropped off the server in sequence and is unavailable." What this means is video from patrol cars and such are stored on a server. As the server gets full, footage is removed. Therefore, it wasn't intentionally lost, it was deleted as is all video is deleted when the server is full.

If you don't understand, think about your digital camera or a computer,,,,as it gets full, you have to delete things!

I think they get complacent in their foolishness because they overestimate their power. Just, as in this instance, EnglishGate , the entire truth will never be shared with the public. Instead of hearing beep...beep on the tape, the entire tape is missing. Even from the internet. How are you doing, Carol?
