West Nile Virus season starts
Mosquitos are out in force this time of year, especially at dawn and dusk. These days their bites can mean more than just an itchy spot – they may mean diseases such as West Nile Virus. The first case was confirmed in Clayton County in mid-April.

Please dump out your standing water! It is such a simple thing to do and it keeps your yard from smelling like rancid water and pesky mosquitoes from becoming even more of a nuisance. This kind of this is just as common sense as not throwing trash on the ground but see how many people seem to have a problem with that.
