Of course you don't expect your complaint to always go through, but you expect the authority to at least deal with you politely and try to answer a few questions for you, so you at least know your complaint was heard.
When I called there and she answered and I politely asked a few basic questions, she kept repeating in a nasty, nasal voice the same stock answer, over and over, like "It is not in the authority of the JQC to undertake such investigations." Me "Why" Cheryl" It is not in the authroty of the JQC blah blah blah..." Repeat.
Unacceptable. And the woman made $80k a year for that? I'm glad the woman is gone. The new guy is much nicer.
