The Pike County PIrates came from behind in both games of the first round of the AA state baseball playoffs. They won 13-5 and 6-3 over the Fannin County Rebels.

The first few games started rough but it was against bigger regions etc and there were some naysayers calling for the coaches head etc. These kids have come to play some ball.
I think everyone in the program from the past several years knows why the coach was on the hot seat, not because we started 0-3. To his credit he seems to have made some positive changes this year and it's obvious the program is moving in a more positive direction. Good luck to the kids.
