Part of eating on a budget is knowing how to take advantage of your local grocer's weekly sales. On sale at Freshway this week is turkey breast. Here is a simple recipe to take advantage of such a sale.

This sounds good and with the crock pot it is probably very moist.
I like to bake my turkey breast in one of those oven bags with a tablespoon of flour in the bottom of the bag, some white wine, sliced onion and salt and pepper sprinkled on top. The hardest part is washing the turkey breast after it has thawed.

Cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce mixed together makes a delicious sauce for pork loin.
