An Opening Day parade will start the festivities at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 20 to mark the beginning of baseball and softball competition this spring.
The parade will start at Pike County Primary School and travel on Highway 19 north, turn left onto Williamson Road at Mr. Bs, left on County Farm and right onto Twin Oaks to the ballpark. Baseball and softball teams will participate in the parade as well as fire trucks, sheriff's vehicles, the Chic-Fil-A cow and more.
