Between Monday, April 5, and Monday, April 12, the sheriff’s office made the following arrests:
Crystal Ann Andrews, three counts party to a crime;
Billy Joseph Buchanan, warrants pending;
Kriss Teal Callahan, child support contempt;
Gary James Carroll, aggravated assault and cruelty to children;
John Pratt Elledge Jr., family violence simple battery;
Talmadge Blake Gunn, warrants pending;
Lelia Christina Hamilton, theft by shoplifting;
Charley Ray House, robbery, aggravated assault and burglary;
Tina Ann Johnson, driving with a suspended license and failure to maintain lane;
Darnell Javonte King, probation violation;
William Scott Pounds, holding for Lamar County;

Two Griffin residents have been arrested in connection with the robbery and attack of an elderly woman on Kendrick Road. Charlie House, 27, and Crystal Parker, 28, have been charged with burglary, robbery of a person over 65 years of age and aggravated assault. Bonds for each of the suspects have been set at $45,000. David Andrew Couch, two counts electronically furnishing obscene material to a minor;
Hondrevious Etreal Davis, giving false name and date of birth;
Duane Jonathon Harris, speeding and suspended license;
Ashley Dawn Henson, contempt of court;
Philip Wayne Keck, driving while unlicensed, no proof of insurance, two counts driving without tail lights, two counts operating vehicle without a tag and failure to register automobile;
Summer Nicole Pruett, probation violation;
Rashad Shellman, eight counts burglary;
Anthony Darrell Smith, driving with a suspended license, driving while unlicensed and driving without tail lights;
Leon Walker, failure to register as sex offender;

Georgia State Patrol Post 26 in Thomaston investigated two traffic crashes during February in Pike County, with one injury and no deaths. Troopers issued 100 traffic citations. [Full story »]
