Joseph R. McGee has petitioned to be appointed Administrator of the estate of Betty Crosby McGee, deceased, of said County. The petitioner has also applied for waiver of bond and/or grant of certain powers contained in O.C.G.A. §53-12-232. Shane and Bonnie Turpin of Meansville announce the birth of their son Andrew Donald Turpin at 12:43 p.m., Friday, Aug. 27, 2010, at Spalding Regional Medical Center in Griffin.
He weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces and was 201⁄2 inches long. He joins a sister, Alicen Walker.
Maternal grandparents are John and Susan Triggs of Locust Grove. Paternal grandparents are Jim and Judy Turpin of Zebulon.
Andrew shares a birthday with his father and maternal grandfather, making three generations born on the same day.
