In a single vehicle wreck on Prayer Mountain around 8:30 p.m. April 29, a car flipped onto its roof and three people were injured but no one was killed. A lifeflight helicopter arrived at the scene but service was refused and the driver and two passengers were all transported by ambulance to area hospitals. [Full story »]

I got to observe television production up close and personal last week and it was an eye-opening experience.

On Wednesday, a Discovery ID crew was in our office to interview me for an upcoming episode of Deadly Affairs. The crew consisted of a light man, sound man, producer and assistant producer. Both producers were females. The assistant was a recent graduate of the Savannah College of Art & Design. [Full story »]

Pike County High hosted the Region 2-AAA boys and girls golf tournaments at the Cedars Golf Club in Zebulon on Monday, April 22. The boys’ team shot 350 to win the region by a large margin. [Full story »]
