A recent incident involving a 12-year-old Meansville resident bitten by a dog was the only business topic of another short agenda for the Jan. 11 meeting of council. City attorney Tom Morton addressed the matter as the city awaits approval of an intergovernmental agreement with the county.
“It’s a continuing saga,” Morton said to open his remarks. “The youth was bitten on the leg at a Collier Street residence.”
