The Transportation Security Administration is looking to increase the number of full-body scanners at U.S. airports over the next few years, as it reviews security procedures in the wake of the attempted bombing of a Northwest Airlines flight last week.

Can a person REALLY get by with a gun in back of his pants? DOn't the airports have those wand things that detect unwanted items on your body?

I'd rather go through this than take any chances flying.

I do whatever I can to make it safely to my next destination. If this is what I have to do in order to fly, I'll do it.
I hope I look better than the person in the photo above however.

People should be required to fly naked. That should shorten the lines a little.

Seriously. Sleeping gas should be installed in the planes with the exception of the cockpit. Some pilots seem to sleep pretty well already while flying. The terrorists and other passengers fall asleep. The pilot lands at the next airport. The pilot shoots and kills the terrorist. Everyone gets a free cup of coffee and the flight resumes. The live terrorist killing should be on the news. You have my permission to even interrupt Judge Judy for that info. And the Pilot gets a raise in pay.
People who are willing to kill themselves to get a virgin must be stopped by thinking outside the little black box.
