My husband and I have one child. When she was 18 months old we decided not to have any more children as we BOTH HAD TO WORK. We wanted the best emotional and financial situation for our child so we decided I have a tubal ligation. It took three ob/gyn visits and they took forever to agree the surgery. But this doctor is allowed to treat this woman to produce children she has no business having! This is a terrible shame!
