By virtue of a power of sale contained in a security deed given by Craig Spraggins to The First National Bank of Barnesville, dated March 4, 2004, recorded in Deed Book 508, Page 333, Pike County, Georgia Deed Records, conveying the after described property to secure a Promissory Note in the original principal amount of seven hundred fifty thousand and no/100 ($750,000.00) dollars and any renewals, fees, extensions, or additional advances, with interest thereon as set forth therein plus all additional indebtedness and future indebtedness, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Pike County, GA, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2009, the following described property:
All those lots, tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in Land Lots 230 and 251 of the Eighth Land District of Pike County, Georgia, being more particularly shown and designated as Lot 4, containing 2.50 acres, and Lot 5, containing 2.30 acres as shown on a plat of survey entitled “Final Plat Mill Commons” dated June 27, 2003, prepared by Steve J. Reeves, Registered Land Surveyor No. 2765, a copy of which said plat is recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 143-145, Clerk’s Office, Superior Court, Pike County, Georgia, and which said plat, together with the metes, bounds, courses and distances as shown thereon with respect to Lots 4 and 5, is, but this reference, incorporated herein in aid of this description as fully as if copied at length herein.
