Ms. Paula Monette Lett Martin, age 61, of Jonesboro, passed away November 26, 2016. She grew up in Jonesboro, daughter of the late Horace Jay Lett and Hariette Hughes Lett. She worked for Freshpoint in Jonesboro for more than 15 years. Paula enjoyed word games, and estate sales. She loved Kevin Costner movies, powdered donuts and her dog, Nina. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Lacy Palmer.
She is survived by her sons: David Wayne Martin, Jr. of Jonesboro and Matthew Luke Martin of Townsend; grandchildren: Summer, Kayle and Landon; former husband: David Martin of Townsend; twin sister: Patricia Martin, and Sister: Sue Curtis both of Jonesboro; brother and sister-in-law: Jay and Joy Lett of Meansville; nephews and nieces: Daniel Williamson (Tina), Donald Wagoner, Jennifer Curtis, Aaron Curtis, Evelyn Lett and Zachary Dixon (Danielle).
Friends may visit the family on Wednesday, November 30, from 6-8 p.m., at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 1, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Moody-Daniel Funeral Home with Jay Lett officiating. Burial will follow in Moody Memorial Gardens.
