I had known toot every since he was growing up he will be missed very much god bless his family and all of the the other family's that this as took and effect upon
The story is incorrect that Gary Neal hit the other car. My sister was riding on Old Meansville Rd coming to my aunts house when the car being driven by Mr. Bass was approaching her car when he suddenly turned off his head lighs and started coming into the lane my sister was in and she had to go off the road to prevent him from hitting her head on. Less than 1/2 mile from where she first encountered him was where the accident occurred. Needless to say, her guardian angel was riding with her and protected her from being killed. My heart goes out to the families of everyone involved and we are praying for all concerned to recover fully from this tragedy. I only hope that everyone learns from this and sees that a car isn't a toy and scaring people for fun can have tragic and devistating results not only for the people involved but anyone that knew the victims or could have been a victim.
I love this family so much. My heart and soul prays that this family can heal gracefully in knowing that "Absent from the body is being present with the Lord".
