Ever see a president-in-office dance with the devil? Perhaps yesterday was as close as one has gotten.

In his pasodoble with the The First Amendment to the United States Constitution (expressly prohibits the United States Congress from making laws "respecting an establishment of religion" or that prohibit the free exercise of religion, infringe the freedom of speech, infringe the freedom of the press, limit the right to peaceably assemble, or limit the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances) Obama reached out to Jewish and Christian clergy through a conference call and webcast Wednesday evening, urging the leaders to push health care reform from the pulpit.

It is not acceptable and neither is obama. The word twitter seems to fit that incompetent elected mistake. He honestly nauseates me. I wish obama's family, and the clinton family would win a one way trip to the moon. And they would take his illegal immigrant aunt and pelosi with them. We can load up the rest of his gang on the next spaceship.

I don't put anything past this idiot. What happened to separation of church and state? That does mean the government, right?
I guess they can break their OWN laws when it benefits them.

Is there any boundary he won't dare try to breach? On or off the record? It appears that
he has no moral/ethical/common sense/anything compass. As long as he thinks he can spin it to the American public. But I have to think that he is not alone. Who behind him (not Congress - they are the followers)is pushing such blatant disregard for the opinion of the American public? Out of respect for the Office, I have to believe that he cannot possibly be that tone deaf. Can he?

Y'all tickle me ! For 8 long years you supported a proven deserter in time of war and his band of thugs... a light weight psuedo-intellectual whose daddy forced an Ivy League university to accept his drug loving son. You watched him usurp the Constitution of our beloved United States. You watched him kill the good relations this country had with the world at large. And now, you badmouth a man who's trying to clean up an inherited mess left to him by greedy, uncaring oil barons. Keep on prattling on about Obama. And when his eight years are up if there has been no improvement in our world at large I will be the first to join you, but until then I will give him the latitude given to that waste of flesh who preceded him. Now go ahead take your best shots at me. I'm an American.... I can take it !

Take all that he gives you. Just try to become undeserving and give up your citizenship so he will give you more. He will give you a death certificate for your baby or grand babies if you'd like. I think they should put Clinton and obama on two dollar bills together. Clinton with a blue dress and obama with a turban. Not a blue turban, Clinton may expect Royal treatment in the oral office like he was accustomed to. Never mind, there would not be sufficient time, Air Force One will be warming up so obama can get back over and kiss some more terroristic butt!

If America is still a democracy rather than a socialist nation with all our rights intact (not psuedo-rights). If we still have our un-rationed excellent health care and free enterprise without interference from the government. If our economy doesn't collapse under a huge burden of debt or put the middle class into the poor house. If we are not obliterated by the nations whose "good" relations were killed by President Bush. If war criminals who tried to wipe us off the map are not treated as if they are American citizens and allowed to become our next-door neighbors. And if we are still considered an English speaking nation because we are not owned lock, stock & barrel by our debtors......Then, I will join you in giving President Obama all the credit he deserves. (And, they are both American presidents and out of respect for the Office and because I am an American, I refer to them both as such.)

Kudos to you. Jimmy Swaggart and Billy Graham are both Evangelist, do you respect them equally? I respect those Presidents who respect the Oval office. OOPS...there goes clinton and obama flying out the window like a popped balloon.

A minor point but an obvious one....and not concerning this lively debate. But how can we now be considered an English speaking nation when we have to press one for English, two for spanish, etc? Or for that matter have 12 million plus illegals in our country who refuse to speak our language and do ignore our laws, accept our money, use our system against us? I know what your next words will be and I do agree with your thinking. Now tell me how it can be changed.... tell me how to rid the federal government of "career" politicans whose only goal is to be reelected, not do the work of the people? I am neither republican nor democrat. I consider myself a centrist, or even a reactionary. I am dissatisfied with what our country has become and thoroughly disillusioned with Washington D.C. But our elected president is trying to do what he was elected to do. Those in opposition to his policies have no answer to his policies, other than innuendo and downright lies. again, if after his term there is no improvement in our way of life, or at least positive change I will join in your rant. Until then you believe what you want and I'll do the same.

Well i tell you straight up i did not vote for oboma. Even though now he has just gone to far. as a preacher i fell that he has done very much wrong. now that ask the church to help with this health plan. i feel as though a veto is in order.The dollar bill has I GOD WE TRUST printed on it. our government in the being was founded on christian morals. now we are far from that. I think that the church should all become a one and pry for our country. Constitution was put there for a reason great minds wrote it and should be enforced.

#4... dang take a breather.. go walk down the drive way, remove you weathered Obama yard sign. Stand by what you voted for. Sorry the last 8 years were so horrible to you. Me and my family happened to prosper and grow. Amen.
