Cavaliers play first game at home Aug. 28

CrossPointe Christian Academy has hired Jeff Weaver to head the school’s varsity football program, which will play its first game at home Friday, Aug. 28. The team will participate in the GICAA 8-man football league along with 17 other schools throughout the state of Georgia. CrossPointe will be part of the West Region with Central Christian, Holy Ground Baptist and LaFayette Christian.
