These items were found in a car that was forcibly stopped by Pike County Sheriff's deputies after attempting to flee a traffic stop, including four ounces of meth, ecstasy, heroine and a handgun. Three suspects fled on foot from the vehicle and two were immediately apprehended. The third suspect remains at large.
Arrests made after three flee traffic stop
Pike County Sheriff's deputies arrested two suspects who fled from a traffic stop on Highway 19 Monday afternoon. A deputy stopped a Honda Civic due to the occupants not wearing a seat belt, upon the driver being asked for his drivers license he fled the scene in the vehicle. He is still on the run.
