WellStar in talks to buy Griffin, Jackson hospitals

WellStar Health System of Marietta has entered into negotiations with Tenet Healthcare to purchase Spalding Regional Medical Center in Grffin, Sylvan Grove Hospital in Jackson and other health care facilities in the region.
